Saptora’s Integrity & Compliance Program is built upon five strategic pillarsCulture, Speaking Up, Strategy, Accountability, and Risk Management. These pillars guide our ongoing efforts to strengthen our ethical foundation and ensure consistent adherence to the highest standards of conduct throughout our global operations.




We cultivate a culture of integrity through proactive engagement and education. Our Integrity Champions—associates selected from local sites—serve as advocates, delivering training, promoting awareness, and ensuring integrity remains a key consideration in every decision.

Our monthly Integrity Insider communications provide practical guidance to help associates navigate ethical challenges in day-to-day situations. Each year, we celebrate Integrity & Compliance Week, a global event dedicated to reinforcing our culture through programming that highlights resources, promotes open dialogue, and deepens understanding of ethical decision-making.


Accountability

Accountability is central to maintaining ethical excellence. When concerning behaviors arise, Saptora conducts thorough root-cause analyses and implements corrective actions such as training, policy revisions, process controls, or disciplinary measures.

Our Disciplinary Committee, composed of senior leaders across the organization, ensures objectivity and consistency in disciplinary decisions. Additionally, our Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) maintains a dotted reporting line to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, providing independent oversight and quarterly program updates.
