The Saptora decoking control system features a master control panel near the pump train and a cutting deck panel for each drum pair. Upper and lower proximity switches monitor crosshead travel and tool position within the drums, ensuring precise and safe operation.

Monitoring and Automation

Saptora offers vibration, video, and audio monitoring systems that give operators clear confirmation of coke removal. This enables faster tool advancement and significantly reduces total drum cleaning time. The monitoring system can be integrated with the main control system or supplied as a stand-alone solution.
