Decoking Control Valve (DCV)

The Saptora Decoking Control Valve (DCV) is engineered for reliable, low-maintenance performance with a simple, proven design and minimal moving parts. It provides three key functions in a single valve:

• Recirculation control for pump protection

• Pre-fill control of decoking lines and hoses to prevent water hammer

• Full-flow delivery to cutting tool nozzles with very low pressure drop for improved energy efficiency

The cartridge-style design enables quick maintenance without disconnecting flanges. Depending on site configuration, the valve can be serviced and returned to operation in less than one shift, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance costs.
